Frank Geraci graduated from Illinois State University in the fall of 1994 with a BA in Education.Frank pursued his career path the following year and received a job as a high school teacher in the southwest suburbs of Chicago where he spent his childhood. He specialized in the field of Special Education working primarily with students who were classified as having Behavior Disorder.
In 1998-99 Frank turned his sights to the mortgage banking industry where he excelled and became a leader and a teacher to many new bankers as well as his clients. He took his experience teaching his students about personal relations and finance and transformed it to educating young adults and people in need of housing advice.
In mortgage banking there are many skills needed, but Frank believes there are two major skills that stand out above all; listening to the client and educating the client.Frank’s skills as a teacher gave him the ability to assess the needs of homebuyers, their real estate agents, and attorneys as well as educating everyone in the process.”If I listen to my clients every need and want, I can educate them on how we are going to achieve an attainable goal that they will be ecstatic about while walking with them every step of the way.”
In addition to his commitment to the mortgage industry, Frank enjoys coaching high school wrestling where he has coached close to a dozen state place winners in the past 10 years.
